Hi, my name's Charlsey Childers and over the last three years, I have been on a journey of understanding true confidence, self worth, and inner peace.
It's a journey that not even a master's in psychology could fully prepare me for. I needed to experience it for myself.
You see, on the surface, I had it all together. But, on the inside, I was struggling. I felt like I was living a double life. Can you relate?
I struggled with doubt, rejection, and beating myself up for as long as I can remember. Something had to shift or else I'd spend my entire life feeling unworthy. Can you imagine the sad and unfulfilled that would feel? Not to mention the opportunities I would miss out on because of the negative voice in my head. And what if I had passed on my insecurities to my children?
Now I find myself being content with myself and my life! It feels so much lighter and happier! And it's created this amazing ripple effect in my family!
I've also had the pleasure of helping hundreds of women feel better about themselves.
I hope to continue this mission through this workshop. Women play such a key role, especially right now, and it would be wonderful if we could come together, collectively take a deep breath, and feel less stressed!
