GROUNDED IN GREATNESS - BY HOUSE OF LEGACY
You can be building the life you’re here for without waiting for it to begin.
The bigness isn't the question.
You know what you're here for. You're already in it. And have been pursuing your purpose for a while now.
The hard part is living in the gap between what you know is possible and what you're experiencing. Sometimes, that gap can make you feel strangely disconnected from the very thing you're devoted to.
Grounded in Greatness is a home for the middle.
A place where you don't have to explain the bigness, rush the becoming, or pretend you're already there.
A place where you don't have to explain the bigness, rush the becoming, or pretend you're already there.

At some point, the question stops being, "Am I called?" and becomes, "How do I carry it well?"
The calling is real, the devotion to it is real, and so is the middle.
The middle has a way of showing you things. Where your devotion goes when nothing is happening. What you reach for when you don't yet have the evidence. What happens when the newness wears off and you're still here... still building
Some days you feel unstoppable. Like everything is coming together. Other days, the silence feels louder than your knowing.
And it's easy to make those days mean something. "Maybe I'm not as clear as I thought I was." "Maybe I'm not cut out for this after all." "What am I doing wrong?"
But sometimes, it's just the Middle.
This is the place Grounded in Greatness was built for.
A place to come back to what you know. To stay close to the thing you're building while you're still in the middle of building it.
Because the way we LIVE in the middle matters. It has consequences.
We can spend these years becoming more and more connected to what we're here for. Or we can slowly become disconnected from it... without ever deciding to.
Grounded in Greatness exists to help you stay in relationship with the vision while you're building it.
Because it's not just about achieving the vision; it's about how you live while you're carrying one.
To keep the middle from becoming the place where we lose touch with what we came here to do.
How we're living.
How we're relating to ourselves.
How we're carrying the mission we are so devoted to.
A different way of moving through the middle. A different relationship with yourself. A different relationship with the dream. A different way of carrying it all. Where the wobble doesn't disappear; it just stops becoming the thing that leads.
Over time, something begins to change.
You're quicker to recognize when you've disconnected.
You come back faster.
You recalibrate sooner.
You drift less.
And none of these moments no longer mean something is wrong with you.
Returning becomes more natural than drifting.
You return to yourself faster... You stay connected longer.... The middle has less power to convince you that you've lost your way.
Because the future isn't built in the breakthrough; it's built in the way you live the middle.
The goal isn't to stop wobbling.
It's to stop letting the wobble lead.
That's what this is.
Inside Grounded in Greatness
In Grounded in Greatness, we don't just carry the calling; we stay in relationship with the mission we're here for.
The middle isn't evidence that we're off track. It's not proof that we're not where we want to be. It's not something we have to rush through to get to the goal, to finally see it actualized.
The middle is somewhere we get to be.
Still building. Still becoming. Connected to the thing that grabbed hold of us in the first place.
Some days the momentum makes everything feel possible. Other days the quiet makes you question what you thought you knew.
Grounded in Greatness is a place to be in all of it.
A place where you don't have to explain the bigness. Where you can talk about what's happening and what you're experiencing without worry that it says anything about you. Where you can return to yourself when you drift. Where you're surrounded by people who understand why you're still building even when the thing isn't visible yet.
Over time, the middle starts to have less say in what you believe about yourself, your vision, and where you're going.
The middle stops defining who you who you are.
You have the wobble without becoming the wobble. You encounter the quiet without it meaning you're failing. You experience the uncertainty without it causing abandonment of what you know. You ride the momentum without needing to prove.
Because the goal isn't to stop wobbling. It's to stop letting the wobble lead.
REGULAR RIFFS
The ongoing conversation.
Throughout the week, I bring you what's alive for me (something I'm noticing, wrestling with, working through, or seeing differently). Because sometimes hearing someone put words to something they're living opens up something you couldn't quite see in yourself yet: A new way of seeing your season, yourself, and a new way of seeing what you're living.
That's what the riffs are for. The riff ends. The conversation keeps moving inside you.
THE MONTHLY CALL
Once a month, we enter the room together. I bring something that's alive in my own journey - a theme, a tension, a revelation - and we see where it takes us.
Sometimes it gives you language for something you've been feeling. Sometimes it takes you somewhere deeper. Sometimes you just realize, “Oh. I'm not the only one experiencing this.”
Being in a room with people who are just as devoted AND who are living a very similar kind of middle. Contemplating together and taking it deeper.
Hearing yourself differently when you're surrounded by people who understand why this matters. And then leaving with something: a clearer knowing, a lighter thing to carry, a new question, a deeper connection to what we already knew.
SEASONAL ANCHORS
Some seasons ask something different of us. Whether it's a little more courage. Deeper trust. A willingness to release something.
Seasonal Anchors are experiences created for those moments... when there's something in the air, something we're moving through, or something asking to be met more intentionally.
They give the season somewhere to go. They're a chance to step into what may currently be alive and let it work on you and through you. Forged in the Unknown and Second Wind have been our first. Each one designed to meet us where we are and give us a different way to meet the season we're in, deepen our relationship with the mission we're carrying, and return to our lives with something new to draw from.
THE ARCHIVE
More than a library of everything we've covered in Grounded in Greatness. It's a place to calibrate and recalibrate. Some things we hear once and know that we've received them; while, other things you want to hear again and again. Letting them serenade us from the inside out. Usually, we don't need more information. It's a matter of coming back to something we know and letting it come alive again.
That's what the Archive is for.
AND THIS IS JUST THE BEGINNING. Grounded in Greatness is very much alive. It's growing as we grow... as I grow.
There are things I can already see coming: more ways for us to connect, more ways to spotlight the amazing things we're building, more rooms within the room.
But I'm not interested in building this for you and then sharing the finished thing. I want to build this with you. This isn't just a program; you're stepping into a room that's alive, with people who are building lives and mission that matter to them. And we're going to see where it takes us.
Things We Move Through Together

The Middle: intoxicating in ways nobody really prepares you for.
When you know you're here for something BIG and you have to live an ordinary Tuesday... now THAT is something special.
It's not some kind of waiting room where we're waiting for what's to come or a space to be ashamed of where you are and proud of where you're going. It's the terrain itself.
It's having a dream and still being the only person who can see it. Feeling like you're sitting on a goldmine while sitting in traffic on Tuesday morning. It's knowing so much about what you're here for yet having no idea when or how it's all going to happen. It's seeing the life you're building so clearly while your actual life doesn't resemble it yet.
The middle is being incredibly devoted to something while also loving what's already here. It's feeling like everything is happening and nothing is happening... sometimes in the same day.
It's the pull of what's possible. The ache of what's not here yet. The thrill of what could be. The frustration of not being able to force it. The strange dichotomy of carrying something no one else can fully see.
It's beautiful. It's weighty. It's exhilarating. It's maddening.
Sometimes you want to savor it. And sometimes you want to skip to the end. Most people are determined to get through it. We choose to get grounded in it.
This is where that happens. This is what it means to be Grounded in Greatness.
Where the life you're living and the life you're building get to belong to each other.
