Something is changing. You can feel it.

You don't know exactly what it is yet or how it'll unfold.

But there's no denying that something is happening.

Welcome to a Seasons of New.

A space to honor the shift you feel long before you can explain it.

A space to honor the shift you feel long before you can explain it.

Untitled design (10).png

At first, it seems a little impossible to explain.

But you know.

There's just this feeling.

A shift in the atmosphere, you might say. It's not just one thing that's changing.

Maybe everything is.

The tide feels different. The swell is building. Even the air smells like rain.

You're not sure what, but you know that something is coming.

And whatever it is, it doesn't feel small.

It feels like your life is opening and you feel so much possibility.

Yet, your life is exactly the same.

It's an anticipation you can't quite explain....

Something's on the horizon that hasn't revealed itself. You are standing on the edge of something new with no evidence that you're standing anywhere different. But you can feel it.

Sometimes it's exhilarating .Sometimes it's almost too much to take in.

When you don't know what's happening, everything is possible.

And when everything is possible, it's easy to start reaching for clues. For certainty. The mind wants to know.

So you try to figure it out, you try to name it, you try to get ahead of it. You make a plan for something that hasn't even happened yet.

And in all that trying to understand what's happening, you can miss the depth of what's happening.

How do you meet it???

I look at it like this:

You have "your water" where you're building the thing you feel called to build.

You've been learning the rhythms of it. The push. The pull. The momentum. The days when everything flows and the days when you have to find your way through.

You know this water. You know how to move in it, and how to keep going.

And then, the water underneath you changes. It's this season of new.

You feel it before you can explain it like a swell.

There's a little more electricity in the water. A little more anticipation in the air. Something is gathering. You don't know what it is yet, but you can feel it.

And then, it comes.

Like a storm you could have predicted. Except you couldn't have predicted this.

The waves don't feel like the same waves. The temperature has changed. The water you knew how to move through is moving differently now. And somehow, so are you.

You're questioning things you don't normally question.

Feeling overwhelmed by things you usually know how to hold.

Finding yourself in an energy you don't quite recognize.

Reaching.

Searching.

Trying to make sense of what, from the outside, looks almost exactly the same. Nothing has changed. And yet... everything feels different.

Because there's more happening in the water than there was before.

And maybe the invitation isn't to wait for the storm to pass; maybe it's to get curious about the water. What is this asking of me? What is this stirring in me? What is becoming possible here? How do I not clinch or decide to weather the storm? How do I meet it with open arms?

To stay in the sensing of it instead of rushing to explain it. To hold the newness while you expand.

You don't have to understand what is changing before you allow yourself to be changed by it.

You get to be here for the becoming.

I created this experience because I'm in a season of new right now.

I feel this stirring. I know something is brewing and coming; I just don't know exactly what it is yet.

Nothing in my life has changed. So why am I feeling so much inside?

I realized... this is how it always begins. Where every meaningful, significant, blow-your-socks-off defining chapter I've ever experienced starts the same way: where I feel that something's moving but I don't see it moving.

That's a lot to hold. How do you hold something you can't name? How do you stay yourself when you don't feel like yourself? How do you trust where you're going when you have no idea where you're going?

Of course, the mind wants to rush ahead. You want certainty... a plan. You want to know what it means and where it's all leading. To know how the story ends.

I didn't see all of this until this season. I thought new seasons were no big deal. Just power through them and then you'll see. But this one has really had an impact on me.

There's work in a new season. And there are things this season is uniquely able to reveal.

Can we stay connected to ourselves while something bigger unfolds? Can we hold the excitement and the fear?  Our eagerness and our anxiousness? Believing in what we sense with the same power as when we see it?

That's why I created Seasons of New. If every new opening makes us question whether we can handle our life, the bigness itself becomes something we have to protect ourselves from.

Feeling what's happening without needing to figure out what's happening. Meeting what's next with open arms. Permission to be in the middle of something new unfolding. The feel the expansion. To hold the excitement and the fear.

The Experience

Some things are better experienced while they're unfolding than explained from the other side.

This is one of them.

I don't know exactly what's coming or how the story ends. And that, is exactly why I want to bring you inside it.

Because you don't need another person to tell you how to navigate the unknown.

You need somewhere to experience yourself inside it differently. A place where you can feel the stirring without immediately needing to name it. Where you can notice the excitement without turning it into urgency. Where you can feel the fear without letting it make the decision. And where you can stay close to what you know while allowing yourself to not know.

This is a season we move through together.

I'll bring you what is alive... the things I'm noticing, questioning, feeling, discovering, seeing differently, all of it.

Openings.

And something I say may give language to something you've been feeling. Something I'm moving through may illuminate something happening in you. A question I'm contemplating may take you somewhere you hadn't yet gone. A realization may open a door.

You may just simply recognize yourself.

That's the magic of doing this together.

You're not watching my season; you're meeting your own.

Throughout the experience, you'll have space to pause, feel, reflect, and notice what's happening beneath the surface of your own life.

The purpose isn't to figure out what's coming; it's to become more intimate with what's already here: To hear yourself more clearly. To recognize what this season is asking of you. To notice where you reach for certainty... and what becomes possible when you don't. To strengthen your ability to stay connected to yourself while your life is opening.

And at the end, we bring it all the way home to you in a 1:1 call where we'll sit together inside your season: what you've been sensing and what's been stirring, stirred, what's becoming clearer and what you're discovering about yourself, what you're ready to not rush and let it reveal itself.

The purpose isn't so we can figure out what's coming; it's so you can leave knowing how to meet it.

My hope isn't that you leave with an answer. It's that you leave with a deeper relationship with yourself in the not-yet-knowing so that the next time you feel that familiar stirring... the electricity... the sense that something is coming... you don't immediately reach for certainty; you recognize it. Like 'I've been here before. Something is happening, and I'm excited to find out.'
